Terms and Conditions Private Classes or Bootcamps
Cancellations Private Classes:
Private Classes at ISM:

Time Limit to Use Your Hours: You have 2 months from the date of purchase to use all your private class hours. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

Same-Day Cancellations: If you cancel on the same day as your class, the session will be counted as used and no refund or rescheduling will be possible.

Advance Cancellations: If you cancel at least 12 hours in advance, the class can be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Unscheduled Classes – Student Responsibility: If more than 2 months pass and classes have not been scheduled due to the student’s delay, no refund will be provided for unused hours.

Unscheduled Classes – Teacher Responsibility: If classes have not been scheduled due to the teacher’s unavailability, you may request a refund for the remaining hours.

Clases privadas en ISM:

Tiempo límite para usar sus horas: Tiene 2 meses a partir de la fecha de compra para usar todas sus horas de clase privada. Después de este período, no se realizarán reembolsos.

Cancelaciones el mismo día: Si cancela el mismo día de su clase, la sesión se considerará utilizada y no se realizarán reembolsos ni reprogramaciones.

Cancelaciones anticipadas: Si cancela con al menos 12 horas de anticipación, la clase se puede reprogramar sin costo adicional.

Clases no programadas - Responsabilidad del estudiante: Si transcurren más de dos meses sin que se programen clases debido al retraso del estudiante, no se reembolsarán las horas no utilizadas.

Clases no programadas - Responsabilidad del profesor: Si no se programan clases por indisponibilidad del profesor, puede solicitar un reembolso por las horas restantes.
